RETURNS

If you wish to return items, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. You may email ignitebasketballtn@gmail.com with "Product Return" and your order number in the subject line to get your return label and a refund issued if necessary. If a replacement item is requested, one will be sent out as quickly as possible. We typically do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements due to user error such as incorrect handling or customer damage to products.

REPLACEMENTS

We stand behind the quality of our products & guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge — simply email ignitebasketballtn@gmail.com with "Product Replacement" and your order number in the subject line, with attached photos of the items in question & one of our representatives will issue an immediate replacement. Replacement orders are prioritized in our production facility in order to ship as quickly as possible.
